Air Force Jobs: Air Force Recruiter
A healthy Air Force career demands an influential recruitment,
which can be provided only by the Air Force Recruiters.
The Air Force Reserve
Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is the largest source of trained
officers for Air Force. It offers two educational programs –
Air Force Senior ROTC and Air Force Junior ROTC.
Its units are located at 143 colleges and universities in USA
and Puerto Rico. Another Air Force Recruiter
is Air Education and Training Command (AETC) and offers more than
1350 active technical courses.
The United States has the most powerful and the most resourceful
Air Force in the world. Air Force being over
populated at present has lesser scope of a charismatic career,
but Air Force Recruiters are still able to provide
with good opportunities. Although, Air Force Jobs are a little
stagnant, there this still some hope. In order to reduce the size
in the Air Force Jobs a revised Career Job Reservation
(CJR) list has been formed. Under this program, first –
term airmen are supposed to compete for a limited number of re-enlistment
groups or slots, and get into one, or agree to be retrained.
Also that the Air Force fitness standards keep increasing after
some time. So do the fee structures for its training programs.
But there are various college scholarships that a candidate can
apply for. For instance, the Airman Scholarship and Commissioning
Program, and other studentships and college
scholarships that can help the students achieve the
heights that they want to.
The US Air Force Pay
has been designed in a manner, that it can provide maximum benefit
to the ones who need it the most. The Air Force Pay is determined
by the rank, marital status and numbers in years of service provided
by an officer. There are also many intensive pay programs for
which an officer may qualify including health, housing and education
benefits.
